Yet another shocking call from Cell C. My husbands phone was yesterday at his office. Ayanda was really great in assisting to get the sim blocked as well as supplying me with the IEMI number to have the phone blocked. I sent the black listing form to her yesterday and have been waiting for the ITC number as we cannot make a case and the insurance will not pay the claim without the ITC number.
Ayanda is in training today so i have not heard anything from her, a consultant phoned me and advised they cannot block the phone or give me an ITC number - do i know what the number is that was in the phone when it was lost because its not the 072 203 6466. This is absolutely shocking.
1. I phoned to block the number that was in the phone
2. Im trying to block the phone that was to be able to make a case and claim from insurance.
3. Now cell c is asking me if i know what the number was in the phone when it was?
I wouldnt know what number the put in the phone because once it was it was immediately off, we tried phoning it so if the put another sim card in, I WOULDNT KNOW. I need an ITC number without this i cannot claim for a R8000-00 phone.
