I called virgin mobile firts time in April 2013 to cancel my contract, they told me that the last debit order will go as planned in May 2013. I received June invoice and i called again on 21 June to enquire why, and then they told me that it is still not cancelled and i am still going to pay for July because it has been scheduled. In June they told me that they going to refund me and i waited till i called again on 15 July to find out that the contract is still active. I think this is not the right way to treat customers, i told them that i stopped using their airtime way back in April. Now my account is going to be debited again for July even though i called in way in advance to cancel the contract. I am dissapointed honestly. How long does it take to cancel a contract - 03 months?
