Worst service with the worst way of solving!

I think I am on my 8th Blackberry Torch already... Last year this time I was promised a NEW phone but what did I get? Another REFURB! Well this was my 7th Refurb as far as I know... Then mid June I take this phone in again as it had the same problem all my other phones had... What was their solution? REFURB...
So now I ask... How can a CEO or some big guy in vodacom release a Press Statement saying that Vodacom is suppose to give you a NEW phone if your phone gives problems within the first month after you got it... I had my NEW phone for 2 WEEKS when I took it in, and I did not get n NEW one, I got a REFURB. Since then I took it that one in, got a refurb, it was 2 days and I had to take that one back too, again got a refurb, had to take it back the same day still. At last I got one that kept me almost a year, I was promised via people here on Hallopeter and in the Branch that it was a brand new phone, when I took it in mid June I was told that phone was 2years old (registered on the system) end june, my contract is not even 2 years old... Now this phone locks itself, the keys below the screen stops working... Such a big company can make press releases but can not keep to it...
