Device booked for repai

I took my Blackberry Z10 to Cellc outlet in Campus Square because it was giving me problem. Yusuf book the device for for repair and we completed the repair request form and he took the phone and told me the store does not have a loan phone and told me it will take about 14 working days to get the phone back to date the device its still in the repairs centre and I'm paying for something that i don't have or use. I'm now starting to lose my patience
