Contract Cancelled and still getting Billed

On 25 May 2013, i went to the Cell C Northgate branch to upgrade a data contract which i had since 2010. It was a 2GB a month for R149. The staff member who assisted me was named Sebastian. He informed me that I could not upgrade, and the best method would be to cancel it and take out a new contract. I filled out the cancellation forms and took out a new data contract which was the 20 GIGA for R189 a month. I was informed the old contract would be cancelled in 30 days, so my last billing would be for 30 June 2013.

On the 12 July 2013, i received a bill for my old contract. I called the Northgate branch and spoke to a Mohammed who said he will follow it up and will call me back before close of business. I didnt receive a call and called back on Monday 15 July 2013. I spoke to Mohammed again and he said he did not remember speaking to me. He promised to follow up again and would give me a call before close of business, but up to now i have not heard from them. I was also informed that Sebastian would call back, but no call received.

Incompetent staff who did not cancel my old contract and who do not get back to their customers. When will this get resolved?
