I took I'm my phone for repairs as its not charging and can't switch on. I didn't receive a temporary phone and when I enquired I didn't get good feedback for the lady who assisted me? The lady told me that my phone will take 3 to 4 days or even 14 days. I think that this is unacceptable as I can't use that number. Being without a phone for that long is very bad service on vodacom's part. I have also seen other people get temporary phones and I don't understand why I was not given one. On the form they want me to write a number so that they call me once its fixed and my question is what number do you want me to write as you didn't give me a phone but just a sim card. Please look into this.
