Payment Arrangements with a Human

I seem to be having problems again with you people. My 2G bundle has once again run up to 3K due to your call centre agents giving me incorrect feedback as to what is available. I am currently inbetween jobs. My first UIF payment comes through this week (I suspect). In the meanwhile my cell number which I used for receiving and making calls has been effected. I told the women to change me from a do to a cash customer, then afterwards she informs me, oh well now the whole lot is due 4k. I said I can pay 1k when the UIF comes through and I need to keep the stupid line open for incoming calls from employment agencies who are confirming jobs and interviews with me. The guy says, oh well if you don't pay the 4k immediately your phone will be completely closed even from receiving incoming calls. Why don't you block the 3g number, not my cell phone number. In actual fact maybe you can get rid of that bill since your call centre agents don't know when to tell customers when they have reached there limit, no you still have 2 gb. like ok, it must have carried over from last month. Can someone make arrangements with me, I have been with you for 15 years.
