Awaiting my ADSL line to be operational

Hi,

I applied for a telkom line to be an additional line to my current landline.

Telkom came out to my house on the 5 July 2013 and advised i would not be able to have an additional line the only way i could have adsl is to make my prepaid landline and adsl line which i agreed to.

They connected the adsl and gave me a new number. (ADSL never worked)

I called the call centre and they couldnt help me on fri (5 july) and sat (6 july) to change my number to my old number. On monday a lady assisted me to change the line and then it was a problem on the line and once resolved in last week i got my standard line working but still no ADSL and it has been an uphill battle with Telkom and still i dont have ADSL.

A guy came out yesterday and he says the reason for this is that it is still a voice line not a data line. a change needs to happen on the exchange to resolve this.

Up to today i have no ADSL and i am still waiting 10 days for ADSL connection.
