MWEB "Connect, and you CAN'T"

Since April, I have been trying to get my website hosted with MWEB Hosting.
I created a website for my business using WIX, and all I needed was the redirect to my current URL through a hosting service.
I subscribed to the uncapped hosting package, and waited... and waited.
After many calls, and trips to their store in Cresta, I was told this would be resolved, and to give it 24-72 hours to take effect.
More waiting...
It's now been three months, and still no website domain.
This is costing me so much business, I am almost closing shop, as my business relies heavily on internet leads and enquiries.
I now have a response informing me, "We are currently investigating the issue you're having. Currently we see that the domain records are not taking effect, even though the records are in place and your domain is active."
OK, still waiting.
I should have gone with AFRIHOST to begin with.
Not to mention MWEB have billed me R149.00 for a R29.00 per month service.
What a rip off!!!
Seriously, does the SME not count anymore???

Highly disappointed.
