MTN Contract Upgrade

Hello Peter.
I have an MTN account with Autopage page. I am quite happy with the service until i went for an upgrade plus minus 4 month's ago, My old contract was a databundle (75mb). I then applied for a voice contract and the assistant informed me that it is possble and i can then apply for the Sony Experia go on the MTN MyCall 100 (re: 100min, 100data & 25sms). plus minus 3 Months down the line and numerous calls i came to a dead-end. I still receive my old contracts (75mb data), but Autopage the System shows I'm am on the MTN MyCall 100. I however never received any of the MTN Mycall 100 the benefits. (Outstanding now plus minus months). PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE AT AUTOPAGE...!!!
