Cell C
Incorrect information/bad service

I had originally applied for a contract with Virgin mobile and it was approved. I saw the same deal at Cell C and went into the Somerset Mall branch. They told me my application had been approved and i cancelled the Virgin Mobile application. The consultant at Cell C asked em to come in and collect my phone. I took time off work and waited in the branch for about an hour to receive my phone. After an hour of waiting i was told they made a mistake, my application was not approved because i have a young credit history. I cancelled the ones who had approved my application only to be toyed with by CELL C.
