Legal threat though payment is being made

I just received a letter from Vodacom, subject is WARNING: FINAL DEMAND, dated 19th June 2013. I have never received any correspondence from Vodacom on this matter, rather I have been in touch with the Accounts department.

This is very disturbing as well as shocking because I have made an agreement with Vodacom to pay off the outstanding amount by way of monthly deductions from the BEGINNING OF JUNE, 2013.

The deductions started from the 4th of June 2013, that is BEFORE THE LETTER WAS WRITTEN and another went off on the 2nd of July 2013.

I am being threatened with Debt Collectors and debt collection fees, even though the debt is being paid.

I would appreciate if Vodacom will rectify their records according to our agreement.
