We would like to assure you that this is not the norm at Cell c, nor is it the level of service that we aspire to provide.
The letter serves as confirmation that the error was purely from our side for not cancelling the contract on expiry this disrupting your payment profile.
we rectified the error and sent mortification to relevant Credit Bureaus to update your payment profile.

My complaint is after one year they want to handed me over to there lawyers for not paying my account, after I did receive my money back from them no how is this possible please can someone out ther explain this to me. I think it is my legal rigth to take steps against them. can someone give me any advice.
