MTN signed me up for the wrong data package!

On 14/05/2013 I inquired on the MTN uncapped Lite package at the Eastgate main store. I was told by Shadene May that all is in order and she proceeded to sign me up for this contract. Time came to sign the contract and I noticed that Shadene wrote the words Uncapped on one of the pages. On the front page under the package it just said MTN broadband 3G. I asked her numerous times and she repeated that it is the Uncapped lite package. An uncapped package would mean that your bill would also be the same each month right?.. wrong!!! 2 Months down the line I received a massive bill. When I phoned MTNSP I was told that I am on a 3GB "open" package, meaning I have only 3GB of data and then the line will stay open, where you will get billed per MB surfed.

I logged the query in store with manager Fathima. She said that the uncapped package does not exist anymore. When phoning MTNSP, they confirm that the package does still exist. Query is now escalated by Fathima but she never gets back to me when she said she would and nothing is getting resolved.

This is appalling!!
Either move me to the right package, or if it does not exist, cancel my contract immediately as MTN is in breach of it!
