Autopage Suspends Line again AFTER PAYMENT!!

As per the last 11 years (that is how old this contract is), I have been paying on the 25th of every month and the last year I am battling to get proper service out of Autopage. Today is the 3rd day in a row that I first get a message that I haven't paid - although they have confirmed telephonically that the payment is on the system - and then my line is suspended!!! I was told by them that it is the system that suspends the lines - then fix the obviously faulty system!! Then I was told that my payment was allocated incorrectly! Then I was told that it is a system error and all Autopage clients got a message like that!
If they did and all got suspended 3 days in a row like I have, then Autopage can close business!
I have written them many disapproving emails and have been promised by countless people that it won't happen again, yet here we are again!
The worst part is I paid a few hundred more than the actual invoice amount - which puts me in credit.
I expect Autopage to have my line activated immediately and my account fixed. Systems usually work with OPERATORS, so please fix the operating problem!
