Two weeks ago went into Cell C mobile service store, they had stock of the BB 9900 Bold battery. Salesman could not give a price, said that he had just sent an email req price, he will phone back. Went back today (after 2 weeks of not hearing from the salesman). The battery of the BB 9900 is still available to purchase, salesman now says that he does not have stock, I show him that he does, then he says that he does not have the price. Come on - TWO WEEKS Later... I ask him to phone, and he refuses. What company turns away business??? I am (was) in desperate need of a battery, and you would have had a sale from me. NOT a good experience with CELL C - Will never think of changing my service provider, because if you can't even assist with a battery price... scared to know what you can assist with. Surely if you are uncertain of a stock price you would not display it in the front for purchase, would you not leave it in the stock room until you are comfortable with selling it???
