I took out a contract through Vodacom Direct beginning of May 2013 for the Samsung Mini SIII with the smart light subscription. The package was advertised for R135 per month x 24. I have noticed now on my account that I am being charged extra for the handset as well for an extra R64 p/m. This was not the deal advertised! The deal advertised was R135 p/m x24 for the Samsung with the Smart light option.
Very arrogant lady in accounts is trying to tell me now that for the May invoice I wasn't charged for the handset and only in June when they started to bill me for it. But I have the 2 separate invoices in front of me 1 for the smart light and the other one for the handset!
How can you advertise something on the website for R135p/m in bold letters and now charge me more because I have the handset as well?? You advertise the Samsung SIII mini on the smart light package for R135 p/m in BOLD! It is no longer on the website because you clearly saw your mistake! I want my contract on the deal specified on the website for R135!!!
PATHETIC VODACOM PATHETIC!!! Clearly that is how you make your money from from your clients!!
