My Phone is faulty

I purchased a new Galaxy S4 mini 3 months ago on contract. It has been faulty since day one. But I could only pick up on the problem after a while. It seems to be a signal problem as at random times the phone will not call out or send messages and I will have to restart it in order to use it. Other times I will have important phone calls that just don't come through and I receive voicemails a few days later. Its not all the time, but has happened on and off since I got the phone, I took it back to Vodacom Tygervalley for repair and I was told it would be sent away. The next day I received an sms to say the phone is ready for collection. I phoned to ask whether it had been fixed as testing it would not be good enough as the problem is not consistent. I was told all they know is that the phone is ready for collection. When I collected the phone I was told that they have not fixed the problem but they have upgraded the phones software. I was told that I would just have to come back if the problem persists. Needless to say my phone still does not have proper signal strength and if I do receive calls the person on the other side can never hear me. I am so frustrated!!!
