My Telkom line is disconnected most of the time and when telkom finally fix the issue after numerous phone calls to the call center then the line is disconnected AGAIN after 2 weeks. This is now the 7th time the line is disconnected this year and telkom always has an excuse!!! My line is still disconnected from 1st of July. I did report the fault, and I keep on receiving sms's that the Telkom is working on the problem but so far we have not seen a telkom technician. This is unacceptable and can not go on.
