Pathetic Service!!!

I received the most pathetic service at the Parkview branch Pretoria.
I applied for a contract on Thursday morning at 9h00 the consultant advised that I will have an answer by Friday. Friday morning I called at 10h00 spoke to Jaco that was supposed to do my application he will call me back in 5 min, by 13h00 still no call I called the shop again spoke to Jaco again oh he will call me back in a hour.By 18h00 no call I called the branch another consultant spoke to me I asked if I can speak to Jaco he stated Jaco has gone home I said he was supposed to call me regarding my application, the consultant asked for my surname he said there is nothing on the system or any note Jaco will call me tomorrow.
I expect the consultants to give me a call when they say they will, is this the service you give to your clients? Every time I call he has some story. I will make sure every person I know knows about this pathetic service you provide! I worked in a bank and customer service in retail is the most important key to the shops success, but obviously you don't need clients.
I expect a manager or owned of the shop to give me a call no later than tomorrow.
