PREPAID SUSPENDED AGAIN!!!

6 Days after my issues was resolved so friendly, I received a sms that the account is in arrears and that it will be suspended. This after on the 5th, everything was "resolved" and CellC very sorry for the inconvenience. THIS IS A PREPAID TOPUP. NO ACCOUNTS ARE SENT JUST THE SMS TO TELL YOU YOU LINE WILL BE SUSPENDED. I am sick and tired of this Prepaid contract and want it canceled. Your service is poor and I have to speak to a call center agent almost every month that cannot realy help you!!!
What can I do to get rid of Cell C? I dont want to have any cellphone service from them. I had to phone Cell C on my Vodacom contract as it is alwasy on. I have not spoken to a Vodacom call center in over 2 year, but have spoken to Cell C almost every month. My bablance currently indicates R9.00 but my service is suspended for R39.00 outstanding and apparently there will be a charge again next month.
