I got a laptop on contract from Vodacom. A few months later it was and according to them there was no insurance on the laptop only on the stick. They then told me that the laptop is not on contract but on credit, now as far as I know and they confirmed it you can not buy anything from Vodacom on credit. So i still had to pay for the laptop of course witch I did every month and of course I did not get any upgrades on this laptop either. A few months later i took out a top-up contract on witch yet again after asking for insurance did not receive any, again my phone was and again I could not claim a new one seeing that someone did not do their job properly. I then found out that whether I do or do not take insurance i have to sign some kind of form witch i never got. Now almost a year after I cancelled the laptop contract and paid "all cancellation fees" according to them they now come with new stories of arrears every month, every month they put of all 3 phones that's on my contract and every time they have a new amount and a new story about the account. I am at my whits end with Vodacom, if its not the one thing its the other.
