Nashua's SERVICE!!!

On the 28th of June 2013, I applied for a contract at Nashua mobile North-gate where I was received by Anne who reluctant to assist me. She said I should gather the necessary documents and I will find her in the store when I return. Upon my return she was no where to be found but she was around for the shop to be closed and she took the documents and said I should return the following day to sign a contract. So I returned to wait another hour, her colleague tried to call her and he sent text messages and she eventually switched off her phone. I left and came after twenty minutes and thats when she captured my details. When I asked for my documents, she was not willing to return them and kept coming with stories. Eventually she handed them over. On Monday I applied for a contract at the Nashua in clearwater where the people were wonderful. Today when I went to collect the device, north-gate had already processed everything without me having to sign and to make matters worse, it was not the contract I initially wanted. The lady at clearwater was kind enough to provide me with the necessary information and Anne at north-gate wanted to fight - they want to charge me cancelation fee
