Received a phonecall today from @lantic enquiring why i stopped the debit order

Since november last year i have on numerous occations (20) emailed & phoned the technical support desk.

My website experienced multiple errors and downtime. eventually regenerated the website costing me 2 weeks to upload the databases on my cost after getting a "oops sorry sir ". early this year i just stop nagging and registered a domain at a different service provider.
To add fuel to the fire my bank account details was used in a case. During investigation it became apparent that the IP address used in the is owned by @lantic (voxtelecom). Together with the investigating officer and case docket we went to @lantic head office to get the detail as they have record of who the purpotraitor is. After a 1 hour meeting some unknown "boss" sitting in an office sent instruction and refused the information of the suspect to the SAPS investigator.
during todays phonecall i explained all the above to a lady stateing my reasons of poor system performance and @lantic unwillingness to assist a client. She started arguing and wasnt prepaired to listen

only @lantic had my bank details... strange
