Passing blame and work to others, worst network

I have taken my Blackberry 9790 in for repairs, because it will just restart itself many times during the day.
My phone has never given me any issues before i updated the software and it started resetting it self. My phone was in from the 22nd June i was notified on the 5th July that my phone is ready for collection. I went to the canal walk store and they informed me that my phone is BER, we called the technician centre and i spoke to a manager, She said that this is caused by me apparently sitting on my phone. I asked Tabusa, at the canal walk store to send an email to the managers so that they can get in contact with me, they have not gotten in contact with me so i went back to the store and they only worked till 3pm, no one informed me about that fact. I spoke to Shirley the one manager at canal walk on the phone. she said that i must collect my phone and take it to the technician store, i did that and the technicians are not allowed to see customers so why was i sent to the technition store? I went to Vodacom and next to me was a customer, he had the same phone and problem, and it was replaced! I feel like MTN is trying to place blame onto anyone besides themselves. Call me...
