I am really frustrated now with cellc. I have shown good support and great loyalty to them over the years even though their service and courage was not the greatest but this is where I draw the line. I have 3 lines with cellc and two contracts. The contract with the two lines was up for renewal (upgrade). I contacted cellc and advised them that I would like the contract to be cancelled due to my own personal reasons. They advised me that I need to send them a cancellation letter. They gave me a mail address which I needed to send the cancellation letter to. I followed all instructions as a consumer to get the contract cancelled. This I did in the beginning of the year. To no avail the contract was not cancelled and they are still debiting my account and recharging my account. I have tried to contact the call centre but that's also hopeless. I really need help to cancel this contract. This is really appalling and pathetic of cellc. That's not how you keep someone in a contract.
