CELL C contract cancelled but account debitted

Cancel contract at end of contract and Cell C is still debiting my account, and has not blacklisted me.
Emailed Cell C on 18/07/2011 - with the following:

Cell C Direct
I here with cancel my new contract with your services for E.M KAmmerling ID 5405140066081 - Tel: 0845341871
I herewith wish to keep my number as a prepaid thank you.
I was given 14days to cancel contract which I wish to do.

Emailed the same email again on the 11/12/2011 with o reply, they still continued to debit account.

December 2011 still no response, payments where stopped to enforce cancellation. Due to no reply.
Cell C continued to try debit the account at any time during the Months that followed and we attempted to contact Cell C via telephone but on one was able to assist.

Cell C has now blacklisted me after I have sent many requests and tried to contact them on numerous occasions.

I canceled contract cause it was at the end and I did not wish to upgrade contract which they did automatically without informing me, they cannot inform when who upgraded my contract and that I am still liable after I have not used any of there services.
I want this stopped now and my name unblacklisted
