This is not the first time that I have had problems with Cell C. I have received a broken phone after waiting long than I was supposed to and then I was given the wrong information about my contract. When I ask for help no one is able to help me as it seems no knows what is going on at Cell C. I gave the correct banking details for the debit order but my service has been cut because according to them its not the correct details. After I phoned today they told me it is the correct details but they don't know what is going on. At this time I would not recommend Cell C to anyone as I have had nothing but problems and this has all happened in a time period of 2 months. For the amount of money I pay for this contract I don't think its fair of them to give the service that they do.
