Incorrect upgrade and billing, poor follow up

I upgraded my cell contract in December 2012, When I received my new statement on the 5th of January 2013, I immediately queried the incorrect billing, My query has been passed to three different consultants at Nashua Mobile. Jessica has tried to resolve these queries but we are now in the 7th month with very little luck, In May I was assured that when I receive my June 2013 account the system would be correctly loaded and all credits passed will also be complete. Jessica phoned me on the 3rd of July 2013 to confirm that the credits are still waiting for approval and then will be passed during the month of July 2013. However when I received my statement the statement is still incorrect and there are a few credits passed.
