My MTN internet connection keep on dropping and then I need to reset my router for it to work again. The previous response from MTN said that I should get speed from to 384 Kb/s but mt average speed is not more than about 30 Kb/s. Can MTN please explain to me why one of there personal ashore me that the package I have is not suppose to go lower than 256 Kb/s. They also need to explain to me why I had constant fast speed in my first 9 months of my contract but after that I am battling with slow speed as well as connections that keep on dropping. I do have a external antenna that is suppose to boost the speed but that is not happening at all. This is really irritating and I also missed my online studies due to the slow speeds and constant connection dropping. MTN need to give me a solution on how they will fix this as I had enough.
