Galaxy S2 - STILL NO FEEDBACK RETURN FROM TYRONE

The last time MTN contacted me they told me that a manager at Canal Walk MTN - Tyrone - has a list of urgent clients who want the Samsung Galaxy S2 as advertised in their booklet of 10-31 January 2013... but I have not heard a peep of any progress and even if they COULD get any phones. It has been a week now and I would really just liked some feedback. I have called multiple times to MTN - they know me by name now - and still every time I asked if I could speak to Tyrone they told me they would phone him and contact me back to tell me how things are going. Today alone I phoned them twice with the same request and NO ONE ever got back to me. I am really getting more and more upset with this situation. If you try to do something for someone - try to do it ASAP or at least give them feedback every now and then - it costs you NOTHING but will gain you A LOT of respect and appreciation from the other party. The number I phoned for MTN the most was 044 873 4343 and then got switched to switch board where Phateka was the most helpful person there to help me.
