Can I please get a proper, competent answer???!

I requested a migration from my topup 500s to topup 275, and at the same time added a topup 200 contract to my name. I was told I would need to pay R1909.50c in order for the migration to take place, which i did in the n1 city vodacom store on the same day. Come July, you guys slap me with 1303 odd rand bill, and no one can tell my why???!!! I was under the impression that I would only be paying the topup 200 and topup 275 subscription fee, which does not amount to nowhere near 1303 odd rand.

One of the agents I spoke to logged a request for this to be investigated and said that I would get a phone call from accounts to explain what is going on. Instead I get sms'd by them. WHAT AN OUTRAGE. You are service provider of VOICE services and you are too cheapskate to phone your own clients???!!! Which I am pretty sure would more than likely be just about cost you at most a few cents a minute. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I will gladly pay the 1303 odd rand bill, on condition that I get a proper description and breakdown of that amount. service request no s3-tvo30-0b7jy did not answer my question, merely stated 1675 is a migration fee, which I did pay!!!
