I have purchased a laptop, a phone and an ipad from MTN over the phone and Tracy Pillay, the sales lady, has been extra ordinarily helpful. She is very prompt in all the dealings, she appreciates referreals in which she also handles with promptness. She follows up if you leave messages for her, if part of the deal is not done properly by other parties involved, she also makes sure the issue /query is resolved by following up and providing feedback with promptness to make sure i am satsified as a consumer. She makes sure one gets feedback for all the general queries i might have. I am completely satisfied with her services, hence wanting the world to know. She deserves it considering how difficult it is sometimes to be satsfied by the help you get when i call for assistance from the call center agents
