So I wanted to perform a sim swap on the 4th July but the agent said the sim card had been used and I had to call Voda in 24Hours to perform the sim swap. Fine so I did just that.

On the 6th July I bought the sim card and as per norm it was ricaed and I called Voda 2 hours later (18:33) Danell Kreg was in the process of helping me with the sim swap and to my surprise it can't be processed because the sim card was ricaed.

1. Why wasn't I told that I must not rica a sim card that I but for a sim swap and it's not possible because sim cards are automatically ricaed unless I buy it off the street.

2. Why do you get an automatic message saying to "perform a sim swap call 100 within 24hours"???

3. What the am I suppose to do because thanx to Voda's inefficient staff I'm stuck with two sim cards with two numbers I don't need.

So now voda you got me in this mess solve it cause this is the third complaint I have lodge about your services.
