I have been with Afrihost for many months, they have to date not once dissapointed me.
I recently moved and am having to deal with Telkom for my telephone line, my account has still not been processed and I have been checking with Afrihost as to when my ADSL line will be active.
I am probably an annoying customer, emailing every day, yet every single Support guy I have dealt with (Garyd, Imrisch, Ayrton, Dennis, and many more in the past) has been nothing but an absolute joy, helpful and always friendly! Garyd phoned me to inform me of all of the Telkom side problems, what will happen in the future and how it is being handled, he was funny, friendly, helpful and a great guy! (that deserves a raise! ;) )
Occasionally the internet goes down, but that is to be expected of SA internet, they have always kept their clientele notified via Facebook, and it is never down for long.
Thank you so much for fantastic Support Afrihost! Your staff truly are AWESOME! And I cant wait for our long and prosperous future together as ISP and Client :)
