Cellsure refusing to pay for cell insurance claim

I've a cellphone insurance with Cellsure. It got damaged & i was adviced to back up personal info in prep for repair, so i had to use another sim card. On 28/06/13, i sent my phone to vodacom repairs. On the 04/06/13 i received a call from the repair center telling me that my claim was rejected. When i called Cellsure (Elize) i was told there was no such claim on their system. I had to call both Elize & Vodacom personel. I put them on the speaker to make sure they could talk to each other. They then agreed that they will sort the problem out. On 05/07/13 i was called & was informed that the claim has been rejected, when i made follow-up with Cellsure i was told my sim card has never been used with my device. I was shocked since i only had the same phone, the only time i used another simcard was when i was copying my personal information based on their advice. After my conversation with them, they sent me a letter stating ' we are unable to entertain this claim, as the contract SIM card was not used together with the cellular telephone at the time of loss". I requested more info on this and was told "the info is confidential". I'm so WORRIED.
