I paid twice at Cell C

Very disappointed with Cell C in Ranburg, I have a contract phone with them, and on Saturday 29 June 2013 I changed my banking details I went to the shop to give them my new banking details and they told me that they will start debiting me on the new bank from as from the end of July so I have to pay cash they gave me Nedbank's account and I did pay on the same day using the cell phone number as the reference, but the following day 30 June 2013 I got debited from Cell C of which now I have paid them twice in one month, I went back to the shop and told them my problem they said I should bring proof of payment and they will refund me I did that but when I came back they said they can not refund me but they will credit me for next month, my problem is how can I be sure if I will be credited and that month end they won't debit money from my account? as they said I should pay cash but still I got debited.
