Dear MTN, I went into your Sunninghill branch yesterday to do a sim swop to get a LTE sim card. I have 2 numbers, of which one is my mum's and the other is mine. I clearly told Glory which number to do the sim swop on and she even completed her paper work with the right number written down etc. When I got home my mum had contacted me to tell me her sim stopped working. I then went back to the branch and told them they did a sim swop on the incorrect number. They then logged a call to do a sim reversal on my mum's number and gave me a new sim card. She told me the that sim will be working this morning but it is still not working. I phoned the call centre and they said a call had never been logged. I am wasting my petrol and my money trying to sort out this issue. Why does MTN hire incompetent people who can't do their jobs properly? I have now organised to do a sim swop on my mum's phone but had to pay for Glory's mishap just to get it right. I bet MTN would never refund my money or take it of my bill for their incompetent staff. All i am probably going to get is a "sorry for the inconvenience" message. I am seriously thinking about moving to another network provider!!!
