In late 2011 I purchased a Neotel prepaid mobile phone unit. Several months later the speaker stopped working. I returned it to Cedar Square service centre, which happens to be quite far from where I stay as there is nothing closer, and they replaced it with another inferior product. A few months later the replacement phone's speaker stopped working as well. It took me several months to get back to Neotel's service centre to get a replacement, again, and the lady informed me that it was out of warranty and that I need to buy a new unit. I have heard from many people, some who I embarrassingly referred, that the speaker problem is a common one. Neotel are selling inferior products and this is a warning to stay away from them. You'll waste your money like I did. I refuse to buy a new unit considering I make few calls. I'll just use my cell phone for all calls from now on. Less frustration. I've been with Neotel for 5 years now, and no more.
