I had a contract contract with cell c and i was told that i owe them. then i paid the amount that was due to them. i called to apply for a new contract with them after talking to the legal department and assuring me that my name has been removed from the legal department. when i called other networks to apply for the contract i was declined cause of the legal hold in cell c.
its been 3-4 months after i have paid that account and spoken to the legal department to remove my name BUT cell c hasn't processed my request.
how long must one wait to be removed from the legal department. i called again today to apply and still i cant. if its not your network then its your legal department or not being satisfied with your company.
