Paying for an expired contract continuously

On the 18 Feb 13, my R 185.00 contract expired with Vodacom. On 9 May 13 @ 11:17 I called Vodacom and Halima transferred me to Cancellation Dept. to Queen who cancelled my contract and said she would send sms confirm to the sim. I told her I did not use it but she said she cant send to another network, but the contract was cancelled and I wud not pay another cent. On the 28th May R 185.00 went off my bank and I did a reversal.
On 28th June a R 755.00 went off. When I called I was informed there was no record of cancellation. my cancellation will only be effective end of July, which means I have to pay again for services I am not using. My contract had no free minutes or benefits. I have paid my dues to Vodacom and have had two contracts with Vodacom loyally. I need my refund and acknowledgement of the contract ending in May 2013 as per telephone cancellation.
