AVOID CELLC - I AM TERMINATING MY CONTRACT

I think it is fair to tell people about my experience with cellc because cellc are now advertising themselves on tv as the best network and that is not true. I have been with cellc for 18months, the beginning was okay but their service and network quality dropped and now I simply cant bear it any longer. Today I paid an early cancellation fee to terminante my contract.

I suspect cellc did tower maintenance or network changes (roughly Jan-2103) or they have too many customers going after their cheap deals but the network coverage has reduced dramatically, so much that my entire office block (in a very central business area in the north of Joburg) are complaining about loss of network coverage and a few people have closed their cellc contracts (one or two lucky ones even got out without having to pay a fee). In some areas I cant even make a phone call or connect to 2 or 3g.

I did try calling/emailing cellc and logging technical tickets but have had NO satisfactory feedback (apart from a reply that said they cant fix the signal at my work and there are no plans for new towers near my home).

After 18 months of trying and trying and struggling I now officially give up. Goodbey Cellc
