I have paid all my outstanding debt on my arrears regarding my Vodacom contract, about a year and a half ago.
In the week I went to get a new contract as the work want me to have a contract so they can repay me, but to my surprise I found out that I can't get one because of my ITC record regarding Vodacom. On my Kudough report it shows that the balance is R7 165 and arrears is R7 277. Even though I have a letter from TS Legal Services (used by Vodacom) dated back to the 20th September 2012 that states that the account have been settled in full. Last year I already spoke to Vodacom regarding this and they said they will clear it, but guess what, nothing happened!!! I am very disgusted with this, especially when I have to tell my work that I can't get a contract!!!
