Got a new contract with Cell C, already regretting I'm contemplating cancelling it, advised the consultant on Cell c Direct that I need my current number to be retained, got a new phone on Tuesday and a new sim car with a new number, I was told that a call has been logged to delete the new number and convert my prepaid to contract, 2 days later I'm still waiting I'm making calls to them but nothing gets done, 5 years ago Vodacom converted my number in an hour.
