NO FEED-BACK ON ACCOUNT QUERY

I am waiting for feed-back regarding recording and incorrect billing of sms's. This was first queried at Vodacom Greenstone and Victor from Greenstone queried this personally while we were there on SATURDAY JUNE 15. SATURDAY JUNE 22 once again it was queried from Vodacom Greenstone. A sms that sent are billed as two, three or four sms's. Even when the sms is only 1 word I am being billed for two or three sms's which I can prove. This has been going on for months but was only picked up when I requested itemised billing as although I have a package of 1000 sms's I always seemed to pay R400 - R600 extra for my sms's.

I am now seriously considering switching to another provider even if I have to pay a penalty as this will prevent me being robbed further by Vodacom.
