Refusal to Assist in Blacklisting Handset

On Friday the 28 June 2013 my Blackberry handset was . i called Cell C to block the sim card & blacklist the handset. i gave the IMEI to the call centre agent who said that she is unable to assist me & that i must go to a Cell C store. i went to Cell C in Pinetown (Sanlam Centre) where i was given the forms to fill in & they faxed the forms to the blacklisting department for processing. they gave me the fax report to say that the transmission was successful. i was then told to give Cell C a call in a few days to get the ITC number. i called on Monday the 01/07/2013 to find out on the progress & i was told that the matter is being handled by that specific department. i called again today only to find out that they have not received the document. i now have to drive to another Cell C store & ask them to fax the document again & wait another 5-6 working days just to hear if the document was received & wait for an ITC number. the call centre have been entirely unhelpful & yhave put the phone down on me twice. please i need the ITC number.
