CANNOT VIEW PROMOTIONAL DATA BUNDLE BALANCE

I was previously buying data for my prepaid card that i only use in my 3g modem. now i started to buy promotional data bundle, the price is great, but been unable to check your remaining data balance is very useless. i tried online, via my 3g modem check balance and even called your customer services and data services - no place where u can check promotional data balance. now when i am online & run out of 3 gig data, i do not know if it is a network problem or just run out of data. if run out of data i now cannot connect to online banking to pay and buy more data via your website, so its a trip to the shop to buy data. i cannot even buy via my fnb app via my cellphone, as they do not sell data promo bundles.
