09:30 is working hours... Answer your phone

Our company collected our 6th contract phone on Saturday and were told that it would take up to 48 hours for the activation. Today is Wednesday. How many hours are in your day? Clearwater Cell C cannot help me as they do not return any of their messages. And the credit vetting department will keep you on hold for 30 minutes and the cut the line. After another 30 minutes you may be successful. I have been trying to contact the credit vetting department today from 09:05 and the automated response till now being 09:40 is that I have to contact them during office hours from 09:00. I have no number as yet and is sitting with a phone I cannot use. If this is the service I can expect after moving all of our contracts to Cell C I am very sorry!!!
