To whom may concern
I had an account with Vodacom and was listed on ITC i made an enquiry to Vodacom and they informed me that was handed over to whomVVM I contacted VVM and they provided me with the account settlement amount. I paid the account full and sent proof of payment and was told that they and VVodacom were going to remove my name the account was paid in the April it's been 3 months now and nothing has happened and because of this i am unable to get a job can someone please look intothis matter as it is urgent and getting through to you guys is expensive via a callcentr as your agents are helpful.
