LOST DATA NO HELP

Plain & simple:
Bought a 2GB anytime on a pre-paid basis, so that 2GB x 12 months for R1299.00 on the 12/08/2012. Standard package offered by cell c. So therefore i should get topped-up on the 12th of every month, which it has been like up until now (January) so that's 5 months without any issues. Now since 12/01/2013 No data loaded, so I called the most useless Call center in the world and to my surprise everything just gets escalated, no work actually gets done, no answers get answered. All i get told is the my 2GB worth of data got used, so I actually went to Cell c @ Greenstone to get proof of this and according to my calculations with on of the representatives there we managed to add up 600-700mb worth of data, so where in the world is the remaining 1.3GB of data disappeared to??? Then I went to the Cell c Cuctomer care Service/technical center in Sandton today (21/01/2013) and that was even more useless, same excuse was give but no they say even though i should receive it on the 12th of every month I actually get it on the 1st of every month and that the usage data should be calculated from the 1st of every month and not the 12th? huh that doesn't even make sense? Please Help?
